OPENING CEREMONIES

Delegates in Winnipeg will be connected via videoconference to delegates in each province for our opening ceremonies!!

We will hear from a number of speakers beginning with an address by the Honourable Lloyd Axworthy, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade for Canada and by Malaysian Foreign Affairs Minister Dato' Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.
