QUESTIONS:
All across the city there are culturally named areas:
Little Italy, Chinatown, Cabbagetown.
Multiculturalism is not static;
it fluctuates, changes and moves with time.
The once 'Little Italy' is now an area of mainly Portugese.
Does labelling an area of a city encourage stereotypes?
Is this wrong?
