Katrina Lopes has just finished her last year of study at St. Mary's University in Halifax. She majored in International Development Studies.

Her experience as a community activist has taught her how to use her voice, effectively and expertly. No, Katrina is not a singer, but she has great plans for putting her organizational talents and excellent communication skills to use during Asia Connects. She is very comfortable being in the public eye and has facilitated workshops for many community organizations.

Katrina's background in cross-cultural education and public relations are an asset to the Asia Connects team.
