Maybe you've seen them in your schools...advertisements on the back of a washroom stall door; mousepads with corporate donor logos on them. They're advertisements. Sometimes, the advertisers are more difficult to recognize. They come under the guise of giving a lecture to your class or donating new equipment. Then, they bring samples of their products, pens, magnets, t-shirts with their logos on them. All in the name of branding you, changing the way you think.

Different school boards have different policies on corporate sponsorship. Schools are supposed to be a place where children and youth can go to discover how to think creatively and independently. But, with the visual presence of corporations in some schools, they are instead being influenced. Is anything sacred?
