evaluating your project
(called Measurement/Evaluation in Proposal-speak)

Evaluation is an important part of your project. You may want to consider evaluating during your project, so you can change and adapt things to make them better before your project is finished. The following questions will help you to figure out how to evaluate your project.

1. Did I meet my objectives?

2. When I'm evaluating, who do I need to talk to?

3. What kinds of things indicate that my project is a success? How can I measure these things?

4. How can I take what I've learned from my evaluation and improve my project?
