TEAM 10

Youth are the future of our world, and are the next generation of adults; therefore they are best equipped to initiate change today.

· We recommend that the following ideas-mentorship, equality, and youth leadership-be incorporated into school curriculums in the future.

TEAM 11

Tomorrow must depend on today in order to overcome the past.

· We recommend that trust, communication, effort and cooperation should be our first steps toward achieving our belief.

 TEAM 12 (Adult Team)

Youth are not being heard. They have a lot to offer and we believe there can be a change. Youth are being left behind. Many little changes can erupt into something bigger. Adults have to change. We must become advocates for youth and force our peers and co-workers and community leaders to not just listen to young voices but to hear them. We are together responsible for affecting change, no matter who we are, where we've come from, or where we are going.

· We recommend that youth are taught and encouraged to practice the skills necessary to be independent, healthy, spiritual, progressive and understanding adults. We all have to go out and do it, and not wait for the government. W need to use our passion to be proactive not reactive; talk to our friends, families, neighbours, teachers, students, co-workers, social workers, government leaders, everyone, and enlist their help and support. We must be true to these beliefs and always defend them.
