What interests me most about the past decades is how society has changed. I wasn't alive back in the 70s and wasn't old or mature enough to know what was going on in the world. So my only knowledge of the decades is from exposure to media and what the box tells me about the ways of human thought years ago.

Whether it be slow or fast, society does progress. Many of the attitudes we have today were not the norm in the past. Back in the day, and still in many countries today in the world, the husband was allowed to hit his wife and have complete control over her. Today the same man can be criminally charged and be put in jail. Paradigms only change because someone has the courage to get up and voice their positive opinion and make others, who are too dumb or just too lazy to get their brain cells working, think about their actions and realize their wrong doing. Pointing it out is the first step and action is the second step.

Today I see society changing for the better. There are people out there doing positive things, getting a positive message into the ears of the individual. Change is occurring for the better. Stereotypes are slowly changing and fears are being diminished.

I don't like the ways of society and its current paradigm. There's little trust, if any. There are so many stereotypes going around through all forms of communication. Media plays a huge role in society. It basically tells us how to live and what to do. Those that lack intelligence fall for it, and they live the way some person tells them to live. I hate materialism. A hot new sports car will not make you a better person, nor will it make you any smarter. People need to stop and think about what they're doing and why. Then start changing their ways of doing things. I don't get depressed over the self destructive and foolish society.

I'm in an organization that tries and often succeeds at making positive change. It's called Leave Out ViolencE, working to reduce and eventually stop violence and the issues revolving around it. In this organization, it's the youth who have the courage to speak up and lead change. I hope that society can wake up because if it doesn't, it will die in its sleep.

I'd like to say thanx to: Twinkle Rudberg & Dana Zosky for the hook-up. Parents. Kate Martins whatta gwan, you were right, Prom 2000 baby. Nuff thanx to John. What's up to bad boy Tyler, the hard-core. Valery from the West. My severely corrupted mind for having the ability to think creative. My golden left hand. Scarboro for giving me a reason to live in Toronto. A.F.G. forever. South Central and DS to the maximum. Most of all TG Magazine for giving me the opportunity to do what I dreamt of doing. Even though I drove Lorena crazy, I learned so much and got even more excited about the field I want to enter. The sky's the limit.

This page is dedicated to all of you people who never believed in me. All you people who spat at me, turned your head when you saw me, talked too much, stabbed me in the back, judged me, made fun of me, or abused me in any other ways. Keep on flipping those burgers and make sure the fries are not over cooked or else you'll get fired, and admire my art. Which one of you is actually doing what you dream of and getting paid for it? PS: All my art is hard-core original.
