*Presentation by Mr. FranÁois Beaudoin, President of the Business Development Bank of Canada, to officially launch the Young Entrepreneurs Seminar.

*The moderator provides a summary of issues raised in the discussion paper.

*Young entrepreneurs express their views on discussion paper issues related to Access to Market, Financing, Human Resources, Technology and Information. They also talk about the economic and regulatory environment in which they work and challenges they confront at every level.

*Young entrepreneurs continue talks on discussion paper issues and about the economic and regulatory environment in which they work and challenges they confront at every level.

*Selection of representatives to attend the PLG members Meeting on September 16.

*Selection of four young entrepreneurs for the drafting sessions on policy recommendations.

*Young entrepreneurs, divided in the five APEC SME Action Areas (access to: market, technology, financing, human resources and information), draft recommendations and the Action Plan to be presented at the PLG members Meeting.
