The beginnings of a "research team". During this consultation process, explain to members of the community that they are a valuable part of the research process, and that you will need THEIR help to complete the research. There will be different opportunities to assist in the project: 1) the design of the research 2) the execution of the research method 3) the dissemination of research results
In consultation with members of the community you are researching, develop a list of questions that you want answers to. Reach out to the community you are researching for volunteer help to gather data for your research project.

The more people who participate in your research, the more valuable it will be. Recruit some help from members of the community you're researching and teach them how to do it!

What questions will lead to answers that will help you gauge the level of need for change? Are you going to ask people what their favourite flavour of ice cream is if you're trying to figure out if there is a need for a community computer access centre?

"Partner Meetings" were held regularly in order to share ideas and thoughts.
