ASIA CONNECTS CONFERENCE September 28- October 5, 1997 The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade and The Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada in cooperation with The Students Commission will be presenting Asia Connects/Cherchons l'Asie, a conference on Asia Pacific for youth, at the Delta Winnipeg. Additional assistance is provided by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) and Human Resources Development Canada as well as other federal government departments. Canadian Heritage, UNICEF, Optimist Clubs and Optimist Youth for Understanding are also assisting.
ASIA CONNECTS MULTISITE CONFERENCES September 28- October 5, 1997 Links with Asia Connects conferences in other provinces is supported by Bell Long Distance Learning Solutions, Sympatico/Medialinx and the CBC. Each site is hosted by local organizations. Corel and the Bell Centre for Distance Education at George Brown College are also assisting.
