International Student
From my point of view, The Students Commission before they hold other international conferences first have to inform the delegates with information about Canada (weather, food, clothes etc.). Delegates should also be sent some information about the conference and what they have to do during the conference, that can give them have some times to prepare before participate in the conference. Another thing must be very important to you is that, the conference organizer have to inform all the participants must speak a bit slowly to the international students, because most countries in Asia, "English" is their second or foreign language, that's why they can't speak very fluently to the native english speakers.
